APPOINTMENTS & POLICIES

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. A late fee may apply, and depending on how late you arrive, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so we can offer the time to another client.
